Content: To overcome the access threshold of the European market, our factory has upgraded the full-process quality control for exported plastic hangers — starting from the raw material stage, we use food-grade PP plastic that meets EU standards, and prohibit restricted substances such as phthalates during the production process. Finally, the products have passed the SGS test and fully comply with the requirements for 211 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) under the REACH Regulation. The test report can be directly used for EU customs clearance.
In response to European consumers' emphasis on environmental protection, we also provide degradable kraft paper packaging (printed with the "Recyclable" logo) for exported plastic hangers and offer carbon footprint accounting reports to help customers meet the requirements of the EU "Green Deal". Currently, we have established cooperation with German home improvement retailer "OBI" and French retailer "Castorama", supplying 150,000 plastic hangers per month, covering 3 series including anti-slip and mark-free models. Customer feedback indicates that "the products have strong compliance, significantly improving market access efficiency".
In the future, we plan to develop mini foldable plastic hangers to meet the needs of small apartments in Europe, further expanding our presence in the European niche market.
